Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is composed of up to 15 people who meet on a bi-monthly basis to ensure Gardopia is effectively accomplishing the mission of growing healthy communities through garden-based learning. In addition to bi-monthly Board meetings, Directors sit on a committee (2 meetings per month), and volunteer 2 hours per month (in various capacities) for a total commitment of 4 - 7 hours of service per month.
Committees
Our Committees are composed of business professionals, community members, and other individuals who sit on committees to advance the organization; although the time commitment is less (2 committee meetings per month) than a board member, members have a sincere belief in the mission of Gardopia. The committees available are marketing, data, budget, and development.
